It’s used to mean (are you okay?).

alhumdo lillah

Praise be to Allah.

Kul shî bîkheîr

All is fine.

Kul shi is exactly like everything, it’s composed of two parts:

Kul : every/all.

Shî : thing.

Rabbî yakhllîk

May Allah protect you.

Saalâmu alîkom

This can be shortened to just (ssalam) sometimes. For which the answer is (wa “likom ssalam).
